Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 148:43

Mansur ibn Abi Muzahim narrated to us, Umar ibn Abi Khalifah narrated to us, from Dirar ibn Muslim, who said: I heard him mention it from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me, saying: "O Anas, perform the ablution perfectly, your lifespan will be increased. O Anas, pray the Duha (forenoon) prayer, for it is the prayer of those who frequently turn to Allah (al-awwabin) before you. O Anas, greet your household, your good deeds will increase. O Anas, greet whomever you meet from my nation, your good deeds will increase. O Anas, increase your prayer by night and by day, your two guardian angels will love you. O Anas, spend the night in a state of purity, for if you die, you will die a martyr. O Anas, honor the elder and show mercy to the young."
