Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Shuja’ ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Abu Khalid—who is among the Banu Dalan—narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Isa, from ‘Abdullah ibn Jabr al-Ansari, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "It is sufficient for one of you to use a *mudd* for ablution (*wudu*), and a *sa’* for bathing (*ghusl*)."
