Abu Khaythama Zuhayr ibn Harb and Abu Sa’id al-Qawariri narrated to us—and the wording is Abu Khaythama’s—they both said: ‘Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabr, who said: I heard Anas saying: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The sign of the believer is the love of the Ansar, and the sign of the hypocrite is the hatred of the Ansar."
