Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 148:6

Abu Bakr narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, from Layth, from Yazid, from Ibn Sinan, from Anas ibn Malik, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Deliberation is from Allah, and haste is from Satan. And there is nothing with more excuses than Allah, and there is nothing more beloved to Allah than praise."
