Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 148:61

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah and Abu Khaythamah Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us, they said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Ja'far ibn Burqan, from ibn Abi Nashbah, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Three things are from the root of Islam: Refraining from [harming] whoever says 'There is no god but Allah'—one does not declare him a disbeliever due to a sin, nor does one expel him from Islam due to a deed. And Jihad is ongoing from the time Allah sent me until the last of my Ummah fights the Dajjal; the tyranny of a tyrant does not invalidate it, nor does the justice of a just person. And belief in all decrees."
