Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 148:62

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Khazim narrated to us, Ja'far ibn Burqan narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Nashbah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Three things are from the root of faith: Refraining from [harming] whoever says 'There is no god but Allah'—one does not declare him a disbeliever due to a sin, nor does one expel him from Islam due to an action. And Jihad is ongoing from the time Allah sent me until the last of my nation fights the Dajjal; it is not nullified by the tyranny of a tyrant nor the justice of a just person. And belief in all decrees."
