Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 41:10

Musa ibn Hayyan al-Basri narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, he said: Ayyub narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Sa'id ibn Zayd, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Whoever revives dead land, it is his. And there is no right for an unjust root."
