Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 41:7

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Isma'il ibn 'Umar narrated to us, al-'Umari narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from Sa'id ibn Zayd, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Whoever takes a span of land without right, it will be tied around his neck from the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."
