Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 160:11

Abu Kurayb Muhammad ibn al-Ala narrated to us, Khalid ibn Hayyan narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abdullah Abu al-Muhajir, from Maymun ibn Mihran, from Abu Hurayrah and Aisha: That the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, performed ablution three times by three times.
