Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 160:111

And with his chain of narration, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Let not one of you say, 'My male slave' (abdi) and 'My female slave' (amati), for all of you are the slaves of Allah, and all of your women are the female slaves of Allah. But let him say, 'My boy' (ghulami), 'My girl' (jariyati), 'My young man' (fataya), and 'My young woman' (fatati)."
