Suwayd narrated to us, Abdullah bin Raja’ narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Ajlan, from al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "There is no one who is in charge of ten [people] except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection with his hand shackled to his neck, until justice releases him or injustice destroys him."
