Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 160:203

And with his chain of narration from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that when he prayed over the funeral, he would say: "O Allah, Your servant and the son of Your servant, he used to testify that there is no god but You, and that Muhammad is Your servant and Your Messenger, and You know him best. If he was a doer of good, then increase him in his goodness, and if he was a doer of evil, then forgive him. Do not deprive us of his reward, and do not try us after him."
