Amr ibn al-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, my father narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Ajlan narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no commander of ten except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection shackled, until justice releases him or injustice destroys him."
