Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 160:52

Abu Yasir narrated to us, Muslimah bin Alqamah narrated to us, Dawud bin Abi Hind narrated to us, from Al-Sha'bi, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Suhoor is a blessing, and the Tharid is a blessing, and the congregation is a blessing."
