Zakariya ibn Yahya al-Wasiti narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn 'Amr ibn Hazm, from 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz, from Abu Bakr ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever finds the exact item of his property with a man who has become bankrupt, he is more entitled to it than anyone else among the creditors."
