Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 119:8

Sufyan ibn Waki' narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Mansur, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: I served the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, for nine years. He did not say to me regarding anything I did that he disliked, "Why did you do this?" And he did not say to me regarding anything I did that he liked, "How well you have done this."
