Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 139:11

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Mu'tamir narrated to us, from his father, from Anas, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "On the night I was taken on the Night Journey, I saw a people whose tongues were being clipped with scissors of fire," or he said, "of iron." I said, "Who are these, O Jibril?" He said, "The orators of your nation."
