Zuhayr narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Abd al-Jabbar ibn al-Ward narrated to us, from Abu Mulaykah, who said: Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Indeed, Amr ibn al-As is among the righteous of Quraysh. And excellent are the people of the house: Abdullah, and the father of Abdullah, and the mother of Abdullah."
