Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 4:29

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, a sheikh of ours narrated to us, from Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah, that a man asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about a person in the state of ihram who killed game: "May the one in the state of ihram eat it?" He said: "Yes."
