Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 4:35

Abu Kurayb narrated to us, Yunus bin Bukayr narrated to us, from Talhah bin Yahya, from Musa and Isa, the sons of Talhah, from their father: That the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to a Bedouin who came asking him about who it is that has fulfilled his vow: They would not dare to ask him, as they revered him and held him in awe. He said: So the Bedouin asked him, and he turned away from him. Then he asked him, and he turned away from him. Then I looked out from the door of the mosque, and I was wearing green garments. When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saw me, he said: "Where is the one who was asking about who it is that has fulfilled his vow?" The Bedouin said: "I am, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "This is one of those who has fulfilled his vow."
