Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 117:141

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Abu Raja' al-Kalbi narrated to us, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Anas: That the women came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, the men have taken away the virtue; they strive (in Jihad) and we do not strive." He said: "The service of one of you in her house attains the Jihad of the Mujahideen, if Allah wills."
