Bishr ibn Hilal al-Sawwaf narrated to us, Ja'far narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to hear the crying of a child while he was in prayer, so he would recite a short surah or a light surah. Qatan ibn Nusayr al-Ghubari narrated to us, Ja'far narrated to us, the like of it.
