Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, Daylam ibn Ghazwan narrated to us, Thabit narrated from Anas, who said: There was a man among the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who was called Julaybib. There was ugliness in his face. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, offered him marriage. He said, "If so, you will find me unsellable (i.e., undesirable)." He said, "However, you are not unsellable in the sight of Allah."
