Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 117:73

Hawtharah ibn Ashras narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to visit us, and I had a younger brother who was called Abu Umayr. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon us and said: "O Abu Umayr, what did the *nughayr* (small bird) do?"
