Hadith 117:80

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Salam narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas: A Persian man was a neighbor of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and his broth was the most pleasant thing in scent. He prepared food, then invited the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and 'Aishah, who was at his side. He said: So he gestured to him, "Come." He said: "And this one with me?" and he gestured to 'Aishah. He said: "No." Then he gestured to him a second time. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "And this one with me?" He said: "No." Then he said a third time. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said—and he gestured to 'Aishah—he said: "Yes."
