Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 66:1

Hadaba ibn Khalid narrated to us, Aban ibn Yazid narrated to us, Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to us, that Abu Qilabah narrated to him, that Thabit ibn al-Dahhak narrated to him, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam, while being a liar, then he is as he said. And there is no vow for a man in that which he does not possess."
