Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 209:1

Abu Ya'la Ahmad ibn Ali ibn al-Muthanna al-Mawsili informed us, Dawud ibn Amr ibn Zuhayr al-Dabbi narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah al-Darir narrated to us, Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, from Urwah, from Umm Salamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, entered upon us while we had a young boy who was complaining [of an illness]. He said, "What is this?" They said, "We suspect the evil eye [is the cause of it]." He said, "Will you not seek ruqyah (incantation) for him against the evil eye?"
