Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 209:132
Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet (SAW)
Hadith 209:132
Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Shihab, who said: Hind bint al-Harith informed me, from Umm Salamah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to, when he finished the taslim, have the women stand up when he completed his taslim, and he would remain for a little while. Muhammad said: We think, and Allah knows best, that his remaining like that was so that the women could depart before anyone from the people who were leaving could overtake them.
