Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 209:40

Abu al-Rabi’ Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Baghdadi narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn al-Walid al-Zubaydi narrated to me, from al-Zuhri, from ‘Urwah, from Zaynab bint Umm Salamah, from Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): That the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said regarding a slave girl who was in the house of Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), when he saw a discoloration (saf’ah) on her face: "Perform ruqyah for her, for she has been afflicted by a look (nazrah)."
