Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 107:12

Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Dawraqi narrated to us, Abu Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Musharrah ibn Ha'an al-Ma'afiri, from Uqbah ibn Amir al-Juhani, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If the Quran were placed in a hide, then cast into the Fire, it would not burn." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: He interpreted it as meaning that whoever gathers the Quran and then enters the Fire, he is worse than a pig.
