Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 107:22

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, Musa ibn 'Ali ibn Rabah narrated to us, from his father, who said: I heard 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir saying: "There are three times during which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to forbid us from praying and from burying our dead: when the sun rises until it ascends, when the sun is at its zenith (at midday) until it inclines, and when it leans toward setting until it sets."
