Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 140:21

Yazid al-Raqashi from Anas ibn Malik (RA)

Hadith 140:21

Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Nayli narrated to us, Salih al-Murri narrated to us, from Yazid al-Raqashi, from Anas, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "Indeed, Allah bestows favor upon the people of Arafat, boasting of them to the angels. He says: 'O My angels, look at My servants, disheveled and dusty, having come striking out toward Me from every deep mountain pass.' 'I call you to witness that I have answered their supplication, granted their desire, gifted their wrongdoers to their righteous ones, and given their righteous ones everything they asked of Me, except for the grievances that are between them.' Then, when the people depart to Jam' (Muzdalifah) and stand there, and return to desire and seeking from Allah, He says: 'O My angels, My servants have stood, and have returned to desire and seeking.' 'I call you to witness that I have answered their supplication, granted their desire, gifted their wrongdoers to their righteous ones, and given their righteous ones everything they asked of Me, and I have taken responsibility for the grievances that are between them.'"
