Musnad Ahmad 38:20

Harun ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, Damrah narrated to us, from Ibn Shawdhab, from Abdullah ibn al-Qasim, who said: We sat with Abd al-Rahman ibn Abza, and he said: "Shall I show you the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" We said: "Yes." He said: "He stood and said the takbir, then he recited, then he bowed and placed his hands on his knees until every limb took its place. Then he rose until every limb took its place. Then he prostrated until every limb took its place. Then he rose until every bone took its place. Then he prostrated until every bone took its place. Then he rose and did in the second rak'ah as he did in the first rak'ah." Then he said: "This is the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace."
