Musnad Ahmad 10:4

Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from al-Zuhri, from Malik ibn Aws, [who said]: I heard ‘Umar saying to ‘Abd al-Rahman, Talhah, al-Zubayr, and Sa‘d: "I adjure you by Allah, by whom the heavens and the earth stand"—and he said once: "by whose permission the heavens and the earth stand"—do you know that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'We are not inherited from; whatever we leave is charity'?" They said: "O Allah, yes."
