Musnad Ahmad 27:1027

Yazid narrated to us, Yahya informed us, from Nafi’, that he informed him from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no blame upon the one who kills five [creatures]: the crow, the mouse, the kite, the vicious dog, and the scorpion."
