Musnad Ahmad 27:1039

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "If one of you goes to the Friday prayer, let him perform ghusl (a full ritual bath)."
