Musnad Ahmad 27:1068

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Ayyub al-Sakhtiyani, and Ayyub ibn Musa, and Isma'il ibn Umayyah, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar: "That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cut [the hand of a thief] for a shield whose price was three dirhams."
