Musnad Ahmad 27:108

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, appointed—and he said once: 'designated'—the *miqat* for the people of Medina at Dhu al-Hulayfah, for the people of Syria at al-Juhfah, and for the people of Najd at Qarn." He said: "And it was mentioned to me, though I did not hear it [directly from the Prophet]: 'And the people of Yemen shall enter into the state of *ihram* from Yalamlam.'"
