Musnad Ahmad 27:1123

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from ‘Uqbah ibn Hurayth, I heard Ibn ‘Umar saying: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade the *jar* (green earthenware jar), the *duba’* (gourd), and the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel). And he said: "Prepare your *nabidh* (fermented drink) in waterskins."
