Musnad Ahmad 27:1171

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw a white garment on 'Umar and said: "Is your garment new or washed?" He said: I do not know what he replied to him. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Wear it new, live praiseworthy, and die a martyr." I think he said: "And may Allah grant you the coolness of eyes in this world and the Hereafter."
