Musnad Ahmad 27:118

Sufyan narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would take the pledge of allegiance upon hearing and obeying, then he would say: "In what you are able." And he said once: And he would prompt one of us: "In what you are able."
