Musnad Ahmad 27:119

Sufyan narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, who said: I heard Abdullah ibn Umar say: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to rescind or confirm] as long as they have not separated, or unless it is a transaction of option."
