Musnad Ahmad 27:1202

Abu Nuh Qarrad narrated to us, Malik informed us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he forbade meeting the goods [for sale] until they are brought down to the markets.
