Musnad Ahmad 27:1252

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Abu Bakr—meaning Ibn Ayyash—informed us, from al-Ala’ ibn al-Musayyab, from Ibrahim ibn Qays, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There will be rulers over you who will command you to do what they do not do. Whoever believes their lies and assists them in their oppression, he is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to the Basin (al-Hawd) to meet me."
