Musnad Ahmad 27:1264

Narrated to us Muhanna ibn Abd al-Hamid Abu Shibl, from Hammad, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Ibn Umar: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, gave him a garment, and he let it hang low (below the ankles). The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said a harsh word regarding it and mentioned the Fire.
