Musnad Ahmad 27:1280

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who attributed the hadith to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Every intoxicant is Khamr (wine/alcohol), and every intoxicant is forbidden. And whoever drinks Khamr in this world, and dies while he is addicted to it, without having repented, he shall not drink it in the Hereafter."
