Musnad Ahmad 27:134

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who attributed it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Whoever swears an oath and says, 'If Allah wills' (Insha'Allah), then he has made an exception."
