Musnad Ahmad 27:1355

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, 'Ali bin Zayd informed us, from Ya'qub al-Sadusi, from Ibn 'Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) addressed the people on the day of the Conquest and said: "Beware, the blood money for a quasi-intentional killing—that which is committed with a whip or a staff—is aggravated: one hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant, carrying their offspring in their wombs. Beware, every blood, property, and claim of honor that existed in the Pre-Islamic Period (Jahiliyyah) is under my feet, except for the providing of water to the pilgrims (Siqayat al-Hajj) and the custodianship of the House (Sadanat al-Bayt), for I have upheld them for their people."
