Musnad 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA)

مسند عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما

Hadith 27:1380

'Attab ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Abdullah—meaning Ibn al-Mubarak—narrated to us, Musa ibn 'Uqbah informed us, from Salim and Nafi', from Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), when he would return from a military expedition, or Hajj, or 'Umrah, would begin by saying the takbir three times, then he would say: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs the praise, and He is capable of all things. We are returning, repenting, worshipping, prostrating to our Lord, praising. Allah fulfilled His promise, and aided His servant, and defeated the confederates alone." Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abdullah informed us, Musa ibn 'Uqbah informed us, from Salim and Nafi', from Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to—and he mentioned the like of it.

حدثنا عتاب بن زياد، حدثنا عبد الله يعني ابن مبارك، أخبرنا موسى بن عقبة، عن سالم، ونافع، عن عبد الله، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا قفل من الغزو، أو الحج، أو العمرة، يبدأ فيكبر ثلاث مرار ثم يقول: " لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك، وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير، آيبون تائبون عابدون، ساجدون لربنا حامدون، صدق الله وعده، ونصر عبده، وهزم الأحزاب وحده " 5831 حدثنا علي بن إسحاق، أخبرنا عبد الله، أخبرنا موسى بن عقبة، عن سالم، ونافع، عن عبد الله، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان فذكر مثله
