Musnad Ahmad 27:1382

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, from Bakkar—meaning Ibn 'Abd Allah—from Khallad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jundah, that he asked Tawus about drinks. He informed him, on the authority of Ibn 'Umar, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the *jar* (earthenware jar) and the *duba'* (gourd).
